Can I use copyrighted images in my signage?
If you are not an authorized agent of the images you must contact Immortal Signs LLC and provide a copy of the release from the copyright owner in order to print these images.

Will I receive a proof?
For all art that is uploaded by the you, there will be an on-screen preview in the cart at checkout. We require you to proofread your art for content and color before ordering.
If using our custom design services, you will receive a PDF proof of the artwork.
I don't see my size available on your website, are custom sizes available?
Custom sizes are available. Please Contact Us with your desired specifications and our team will respond as soon as possible.
Do you install banners/signs?
No, Immortal Signs LLC is an online company that ships your order to your door. All customers are responsible for the installation of their signs.
Where will the grommets in my banner be located?
Grommets are placed every 2-3 feet around the perimeter of the banner, including corners.
Can I order die-cut Adhesive Sign Vinyl?
In most cases, yes. Please Contact Us for information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to die-cut individual letters.
Do you warranty against poor design or low resolution?
No, we only warranty the materials we print on. Design and resolution are the client's responsibility to ensure printability. Please refer to the Immortal Signs LLC Limited Warranty Policy for more information.
How soon will my order be ready?
All orders should be delivered to you within 3 business days of completing the order online.
How much will I pay for shipping?
At Immortal Signs, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all items shipped to the continental USA.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately NO. Our shipping provider (FedEx) does not ship to P.O. Boxes. The delivery location must be a physical street address to ensure that you receive your order.

Yes, sales tax is charged based on the state that the order is shipping to.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to our lightning fast production time, orders cannot be changed once placed. Please ensure that your artwork is correct before placing the order.
