Immortal Signs LLC Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Immortal Signs LLC does not warranty poorly designed or low resolution artwork, as a result of artwork submitted by the client.
All banners greater than 4 feet in height (i.e. 25’L X 6’H) will require a seam in order to achieve the desired size. Seams can be a stress-point and may cause the sign to fail during times of high wind.
Immortal Signs LLC does not warranty damage to any product resulting from “acts of God” including, but not limited to, the following:
- Storms
- Snow/Ice
- High winds
- Tornados
- Hurricanes
- Dust Storms
- Fires
To submit a warranty inquiry, please Contact Us and include a detailed description of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order. Our team will examine the provided information and make a determination within 2 days of receipt of the information.
The client is fully responsible for the creation, content, and proofreading of all submitted artwork. Immortal Signs LLC accepts print ready art only. Immortal Signs LLC is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following:
- Low Resolution
- Improperly sized file
- Poor images/graphics
- Bleed
- Grammar
- Misspelled Words
- Fonts
- Punctuation
- Crop Marks
- Transparency
- Overprint
- Wrong information of any type
Client Supplied Artwork
All images should be provided as JPEG format, RGB color mode, and at full scale. Files should be created with the proper RGB color profile on a properly calibrated computer screen for best color results. Immortal Signs LLC is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in color space conversions.
All artwork, designs, and images must be provided at a minimum of 150 dpi and RGB color mode. Immortal Signs LLC is not responsible for images that when printed, are fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to poorly designed or low resolution client supplied artwork. Immortal Signs LLC will use reasonable efforts to make sure the prints turn out as well as possible.
