Dimensions
Build your artwork to the trim size. For example: If you are ordering a 10 foot x 3 foot banner, the actual dimensions of the file you submit should be 10 feet x 3 feet.
We print directly from the file that you provide. If your art has smaller physical dimensions than the size you ordered, your art will be enlarged and/or stretched to fit the ordered size. This will directly impact the resolution and quality of the final product.
Immortal Signs does not warranty poorly designed, low resolution, or artwork supplied by clients that is not sized correctly.
Type Safety
Banners: Be sure to place all important text and images a minimum of 1” from the edge of the banner to accommodate for grommet placement.
All Other Signs: Be sure to place important text at least .5” from edge.
Design Tip
All signs are printed on a white background for exceptional color quality; if you want a color background, be sure to include the desired color in your artwork.
Technical Specs
- JPEG file format is required
- Files should be saved as high quality RGB JPEG to ensure visual consistency
- Minimum of 150 DPI is required
